hmph. i'm not shutting up...going to blabber on and on and on and on =) haha yups huang he's quite cool. now i can sing parts of it, after listening to it for countless times during rehearsal..haha.
anyways for those who're interested...whilst our dear unnamed writer was in malaysia enjoying the sun and the sea and seeing sharks (why didn't he/she get eaten up haha maybe the sharks are vegetarians!) i was trapped in the operating theatre. yeah i did describe it a little in the email haha. anyways it was pretty okies la though i think it's quite a bad idea for me to have gone for the attachment, coz firstly the doctors are damn busy. they keep running around doing stuff, so they shld be quite fit, and i'm surprised that most of them have to wear L size surgical suits like i do ^___^ for the first time in my life i saw so many suits with my size! hahaha.
yeah operating theatre was quite cool...got to see how the doctors cut the person up...just like a butcher cutting meat, but with more finesse. then it turned really cold after 6 or 7 hours coz the thermostat was at 19 degrees? and we're all wearing thin surgical suits. only the patient was warm coz he had blankets and a heater.
then of coz there were other stuff too...like being in the clinic and sitting in the consultations. then i realised how stupid i was. the doctors used terms with all kinds of abbreviations...i didn't even understand! and i thought a level bio was difficult. then got physics used in the heart some more...something about the venturi effect occuring if there's a hole in your atrial septum and the blood being pumped at high speed by the left ventricle into the right.
haha yups that's about it i guess. ooh plus i learnt how the countercurrent mechanism really works. took me abit of reading in the medical library plus some complex explanations. hehe.
and how to get the attachment? if you aren't afraid of spending 10 hours in a cold operating theatre...about spending 3 days hearing terms you don't understand...about being in lectures at 7.30am...then you shld apply. just drop me an email...then i'll send the application form to you. ooh and it might take quite long for them to process your application...as josh can testify haha..
